Run 4 Life training is based on extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, sport psychology, biomechanics and training theory blended with vast hands-on experience with a variety of runners of all abilities.   

Run 4 Life training programs are physiology-based and individualized to meet your particular training and racing needs.  Volume and intensity for the entire training cycle is clearly outlined.  Various energy systems are targeted at specific points within each microcycle (~1 week), mesocycle (~3-4 weeks) and the entire macrocycle (the entire training cycle) in order for you remain injury free, stay motivated, see improvement and peak during your main competition period.  

Although specific workouts, volume, intensity, and pacing is clearly outlined on each schedule, Run 4 Life athletes learn how to listen to their bodies and nuance their training accordingly.  Additionally, Run 4 Life understands the various responsibilities and challenges that affect your training and racing -- work, family commitments and life in general -- and take into account these external factors when designing individual training plans.

Run 4 Life Workouts:  Weekly workouts in the wee-hours of the morning!  (Tuesdays, 6am)  Even though this is a group workout, individual workouts are provided to meet your individual needs.  Workouts range from VO2 max  to lactate threshold to hill repetitions.  Volume and intensity based on goal, fitness level, experience, point within training cycle.   Cost:   Gold/Silver:  $100/10 sessions.  Other: $150/10 sessions.

Run 4 Life Gold:   Includes 5 month individualized training plan with daily training details.  Initial one hour session included.  Weekly email and phone communication.   All adjustments/changes to training schedule included in monthly fee.  Cost: Gold set-up fee + $45/month.

Run 4 Life Silver:  3 month individualized training plan with daily training details.  Initial one hour session included.  Once per monthly email and phone communication.   Cost: Silver set-up fee, no monthly fee.  (All adjustments/changes to training schedule charged at hourly rate.)

Run 4 Life Running Evaluation:  One or two mile time trial, form analysis, target paces, drill demonstration and core strength recommendations.  $125.

Run 4 Life hourly (individual):   Consultations, quality core workouts, running workouts, etc.  $75/hour. 

Run 4 Life hourly (duet):   Same as above but for TWO people!  Note: depending on the workout, individuals must be at similar fitness levels and have similar goals.  $90/hour.
